About HCS Removals
At HCS Removals, moving people safely from one place to another has been our focus for more than 20 years. Based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, we help homeowners and businesses relocate locally, across the UK and throughout Europe. Over the years we’ve carried out moves of all sizes, from smaller flats and family homes to office and commercial relocations.

How the company started
HCS Removals originally began as a delivery service working with well-known furniture retailers including DFS and SCS. As the delivery side of the business expanded, customers frequently asked whether we could also help with full house moves rather than simply delivering furniture.
That demand gradually led us to develop a dedicated removals service. What started as a small operation soon grew through recommendations and positive feedback from customers. As more people trusted us with their moves, the company expanded into a full removals and storage service covering domestic and commercial relocations.
Today we carry out a large number of moves each year, but the core idea behind the business hasn’t changed. We still focus on providing a dependable, well-organised service where customers know their belongings are being handled properly.
